Mr. Wang Xuning is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Group, a position he has served since June 2019.At the same time, he was appointed Chairman of the Strategic Committee and Nomination Committee of the Company in 2019. Mr. Wang is mainly responsible for formulating business strategies and making key corporate and operational decisions; he also oversees the overall management of the Group.

Mr. Wang received his bachelor's degree in electric traction and transmission control from Beijing Jiaotong University (formerly known as Northern Jiaotong University) in China in July 1991 and his master's degree in business administration from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in China in October 2003.

Ms. Yang has been the General Manager of Joyoung since March 2019, and has been designated as Chairman of Joyoung since December 2022 while she was named member of the Board of Directors in October 2010. In addition, she was appointed Chairman of SharkNinja (China) Technology Company Limited in August 2018. Ms. Yang received her master degree of Executive MBA program from City University of Hong Kong in October 2019.

Ms. Han has been the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer since June 2019. She was also named member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company in 2019. Ms. Han has held various positions within the Group. Ms. Han is mainly responsible for the Company's investment, mergers and acquisitions and financing activities.

Ms. Han received her Executive MBA from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University in January 2014.

Mr. Guo Lang has served as the General Manager of Joyoung since December 2022 and is responsible for Joyoung's overall operation. Mr. Guo has sufficient experience in consumer goods operations, who had served as the National Sales Director and President of Greater China Region of Dyson Technology (Shanghai) Limited, the National Sales Director of L'OREAL (CHINA) Co., Ltd. for the Carnier brand and the sales manager of Procter&Gamble (Guangzhou) Ltd.

Mr. Guo received his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial and Foreign Trade from Hunan University in July 1993.

Mr. Kan Jiangang has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Joyoung since March 2022. He also served as Financial Director of the company from July 2020 to February 2022, as overseas Financial Director of Tianqi Lithium Corporation from April 2018 to February 2020, and had successively held several financial positions from Financial Manager to Financial Director in Regional Business Units of Robert Bosch Group from March 2009 to March 2018.

Mr. Kan received a Master of Professional Accounting from Monash University in Victoria, Australia in December 2007, and a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia in February 2013.
